Reminder:

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• A deposit of $50-100 is required for treatments over 45 minutes on weekdays or 30 minutes on Saturdays; also for groups of 3 or more.
• Crown and Implant appointments require a $450 deposit.
• Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the deposit.

Late Attendance Policy

• If you are running late, please call us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Failure to Attend (FTA) Policy

• If you miss your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable.
• Missing a second consecutive appointment requires a $100 deposit for future bookings.
• Missing a third consecutive appointment may result in an inability to book further appointments with us. We can refer you to another service provider if needed.
